1972 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray ‘the Batmobile’

It’s in a beautiful condition, basically it needs nothing! Ultra rare original Dutch delivered 454cid LS5 big block and widebody!

If you dislike being the center of attention, skip this Corvette. If you want a jaw dropping real big block widebody Corvette in stunning pearl white which drives like a dream and needs nothing? This is the one!

Were to start? The engine (period correct), transmission and rear-axle were completely rebuild about 1990miles ago.

The 454 big block is very powerfull and runs smooth. If you touch the throttle just a little bit it pushes the car pretty hard forward, loads of torque at low rpm available. After the rebuild some Edelbrock parts were mounted, like a Edelbrock torker 2-0 manifold and aircleaner. With the addition of New MSD Pro billet distributor and ignition with new wires, new alternator and Hooker Super Competition headers and a new exhaust system with (quite) mufflers the car performs well.

Don’t mind about overheating, it has a new aluminum radiator with electric fans.

That’s not all most suspension parts are new or rebuild, like ball joins, trailing arms, tie rod ends, upper ball joints, control arm bushings, sway bars, idler arm, U-joints etc.. On top of that it has new Wilwood D8-4 brakes all around!

It has very rare aluminum wheels with brand new (‘295) wide tires. Look at the chrome, nearly everything is brand new or look new which is a high dollar investment for a chrome bumper Corvette. It has new door seals too.

Summarized: this ‘Vette has it all, a-quality maintenance, the performance, the looks and it’s a one off a kind pearl white widebody too!

We have a map full of bills to prove that this Corvette has had extensive maintenance and improvement over the past 20 years.

Comes with original Dutch registration and licence plates.
